After our 45 min free consultation and on-boarding, your Ageless Warrior Training Plan is customized specific to your objectives, abilities, level and limitations. Each week you will receive your Workout Plan and assessment follow ups.

Nutritional Coaching

As a part of your training plan you will receive nutritional and food advice, planning and suggestions to follow in order to reach your fitness objectives more efficiently and quickly.

Real-Time Video Assessment

During your workout, you can easily and quickly video yourself, and send the video to me for assessment , all from the app !

Performance Tracking/Data

You can connect your performance device such as, My Zone, Fitbit to the platform so your effort, calorie burn, and heart rate zones can all be monitored and assessed.
